My impression of Zurich, as we drove by a few times, was a large industrial city. I was quite surprised and relieved to see that it was not as I expected! We were once again swamped with many tourists for the Somethin' or another month long football game. (Both Austria and Switzerland are the host countries) Our borders are surrounded with Hooligans!! Oh MY!! Zurich is actually a city that is around a gorgeous lake. It was a relatively short drive about 4 hours. Not too bad at all! We spent all day Saturday in the city, then we had a hotel across the lake.
