Schwarzwald Part 2

After hiking up to the falls we decided to take a less traveled path back down. The path lead us up and around the city. It was a wonderful view! There is a photo of the view of the city from up above! The forest was actually dark from the tall dense trees. The trail led us all the way around the city and let us off near a small lake. We saw all kinds of wild life. Mostly we saw squirrels, ducks, swans, and small birds. Well there were also falcons and large hawks flying above us as well. Also, there were sooooo many slugs all over the ground!
As we came down off of the trail it led us out on the other side of the town. On our walk back we stopped at a Master Wood Carvers Shop. They had some of the most unique/expensive clocks! Each one was different and all were detailed masterfuly. There are a few of the carvings outside the shop pictured above.
We drove to Titisee in the early evening, to spend the night at the lake.
